These two adorable genies in training are welcomed guests at any birthday party or event. They love granting wishes to their friends – although sometimes they don’t seem to get it quite right.

That’s okay though because everyone they meet falls in love with them and their colorful personalities. Shimmer and Shine fly into parties and events in Orange County, Los Angeles County and parts of Riverside County.
